Is it possible to change the delivery address after placing an order?

Send the new address as soon as you know it. While the set is being prepared, changing the street, tower or hotel costs nothing — the operator edits the order and the route is planned with the new point.

After the courier leaves it depends on distance. A different building in the same district is usually fine. A different emirate, or a second run across town, is a new trip: we recalculate the fee and warn you that the original window will be missed. What we cannot do is chase a moving recipient across the city with helium in the car.

How much does balloon delivery cost?

Delivery is a separate line from the balloons. In Dubai a daytime slot starts at AED 50; other emirates cost more. Early morning and late evening add a surcharge. The cart shows the figure for your address.

Delivery runs every day from 8:00 to 00:00. You pick a preferred window at checkout; it becomes confirmed only after the operator checks preparation time and a free courier. Changes to the usual schedule are announced in advance.

Is it possible to order delivery at a certain hour?

Yes. Tell us the hour you prefer and the operator confirms it after checking how long the set takes to inflate and whether a car is free. We aim at a narrow window, not a guaranteed minute.

What are the delivery restrictions?

Most limits come from the venue, not from us: latex bans in hospital wards, hotel loading bays and security passes, tower rules on tall helium sets, gate codes in gated communities, and wind on open terraces.

Is there an express delivery service?

Yes, in the sense that we can give you the earliest free slot instead of a planned one. In Dubai that usually means 1–2 hours when everything is in stock. Couriers work every day from 8:00 to 00:00.

What should I do to ensure that my order is successfully delivered?

Almost every delayed delivery comes down to missing information. Give the full address with building access, a phone that is answered, the surprise flag and parking notes, and make sure someone on site can take the balloons.

Is it possible to order delivery on a specific date?

Yes. A date is booked in the schedule as soon as the order is confirmed, and for big sets we reconfirm about a day before. Inflation happens on the delivery day — helium is never prepared days in advance.

What should I do if the balloons are not delivered on time?

Contact us immediately on WhatsApp or by phone on +971 58-531-1583 with the order number. The operator locates the courier and gives a new arrival time, and if the fault is ours we agree a discount or a replacement set.

Is it possible to order delivery on weekends or holidays?

Yes, the schedule does not change at weekends. We deliver every day from 8:00 to 00:00, holidays included. On Eid, National Day and New Year’s Eve the evening slots go first, so book those dates early.

How long does it take to deliver balloons to different emirates?

From confirmation: Dubai 1–3 hours, Abu Dhabi 2–3, Sharjah 2–5, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain 3–6, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah 8–10. Couriers run every day from 8:00 to 00:00.

Do you deliver balloons to the hospital?

Yes, we deliver to hospitals and maternity wards regularly. Because many wards do not allow latex, we build the set from foil. Tell us the ward, the visiting hours and the patient name so security lets the courier through.

What is your delivery policy?

We deliver with our own couriers across all seven emirates, every day from 8:00 to 00:00. Fees are set by zone and time window, the minimum order is AED 300 or AED 500, and anything damaged in transit is replaced.
