A site visit is worth it whenever the decor has to fit something exactly. Arches over an entrance, photo walls, stage backdrops, ceiling structures and anything anchored to a floor or wall depend on measurements that are easy to get wrong from a photograph.
On the visit we check more than width and height. We look at what the construction can be fixed to, where power is available, how the light falls on the spot chosen for photographs, and how the team will get materials in, which in hotels and malls usually means a service lift and a loading bay rather than the front door.
For smaller orders this is unnecessary. Send photographs of the corner from a couple of angles, the ceiling height and the width of the wall or table, and that is enough for us to design the set and quote it accurately.
- Site visits for arches, photo walls, stage backdrops and ceiling structures
- We check fixing points, access routes, power and lighting conditions
- Photos plus written dimensions are enough for small and medium sets
- Venue rules and loading access are clarified before installation day
- Measurements feed directly into the final layout and quantity list
