Balloons behave differently through a lens than they do in a room. A dense mix of bright colours turns into visual noise, while a limited palette of two or three shades gives a clean frame, and matte pastel or chrome finishes hold their colour under studio light instead of blowing out into white highlights.
Scale matters more than quantity. A few 36-inch giants with tassels, a cluster of 24-inch balloons or a single oversized foil number fills a frame better than dozens of standard ones, and it leaves room for the subject. If the shoot is for a child or a newborn, we keep everything foil or oversized and out of reach.
Tell us where you are shooting and we will plan around it. Studios have their own ceilings and backdrops, villas and rooftops bring wind and light changes, and outdoor sessions in Dubai daytime heat need foil and bubble rather than latex, plus a set installed close to the shooting time.
- Two or three shades rather than a full rainbow
- Matte pastel, chrome and metallic finishes photograph best
- Giant latex, 24-inch clusters and oversized foil numbers fill a frame
- Palette matched to outfits, styling or the studio backdrop
- Outdoor sessions planned around heat, wind and installation timing
Backdrops and stands for a shoot can be hired from our rental services.
