Yes, provided the set has not gone into production. Cancelling before inflation or printing begins costs nothing; once balloons are filled or artwork printed, those materials cannot be reused and are charged.

Inflated balloons are perishable and cannot be returned once handed over. If something arrives damaged or wrong, tell us straight away with a photo and we will replace it at our cost.

We work with professional brands, inspect each set before dispatch, and replace anything that arrives burst, deflated or damaged in transit. After handover, storage conditions are on the client side.

Report it immediately, at handover or right after, and send a photo. Balloons that burst or deflate in transit are our responsibility and we replace them at our own cost.

Check the room first: cold air from an air conditioner shrinks the gas, heat and sunlight speed up the leak, and a loose knot lets helium out. Foil balloons can often simply be topped up.
