There are two ways to put text on a balloon. Screen printing goes directly onto latex or foil before inflation and suits repeated designs such as a logo across dozens of balloons for a corporate event. Vinyl lettering is cut from adhesive film and applied to an inflated bubble, giant latex or foil shape, which gives a crisp finish for a single statement balloon.

Personalisation also works without printing at all. Letter balloons spell a name, number balloons carry an age or a year, and a set of individual foil letters becomes a headline above a photo zone.

The one thing personalised balloons need is lead time. Artwork has to be prepared and approved, film cut or screens set up, so tell us the wording and send any logo in a vector file as early as you can rather than on the day.

  • Screen printing on latex and foil for names, dates and logos
  • Vinyl lettering on bubble balloons, giant latex and foil shapes
  • Foil letters and numbers to spell names, ages and years
  • Corporate sets in brand colours with an approved logo
  • Artwork accepted in vector format for the cleanest result

Printing is listed among our additional services.

Similar questions

What unique balloon shapes are available?

The catalogue goes well past round balloons: foil supershapes and walking figures, spherical Orbz, transparent bubbles, giant latex, numbers, letters, phrases and balloon-in-balloon designs.

More

What kind of themed balloons do you have (for example, for a birthday, wedding, graduation)?

We build themed sets for birthdays, baby showers, weddings, graduations, anniversaries and corporate events, matching palette, foil figures and scale to the occasion rather than selling one generic bundle.

More

How often do you update the assortment of balloons?

Core colours and sizes are restocked weekly, while suppliers release new foil shapes and seasonal collections several times a year. The website catalogue always shows what is actually available now.

More

Do you have fresh flowers and bouquets in your assortment?

Yes. Alongside balloons we work with fresh flowers, including roses, peonies, tulips and hydrangeas, and assemble bouquets and boxes to order, either separately or as part of a gift set.

More

Can I order balloons with a bouquet of flowers?

Yes, this is one of our most popular formats. We assemble the balloon set and the fresh bouquet in one palette and hand them over together, adding a cake, sweets or a card if you want.

More

Which balloon manufacturers/brands do you work with?

We work with established professional manufacturers: Qualatex and Sempertex among latex brands, Anagram and Grabo among foil brands, plus other reputable suppliers depending on the shape and colour needed.

More

How many balloons do you need to fill the entire ceiling in a room?

As a working rule, allow one 11-inch latex balloon per 0.3 to 0.4 square metres of ceiling. A room of 20 square metres therefore needs roughly 50 to 65 balloons for an even, generous cover.

More

Can I choose the colors of the balloons?

Yes, every set is built in the colours you choose. The palette covers fashion, pastel, metallic, chrome, crystal, marble and confetti finishes, and we can match a reference photo or your brand colours.

More

Which is better: a foil balloon or a latex balloon?

Neither is better in general. Latex is the economical way to get colour and volume for garlands and ceilings, while foil holds helium for days and gives shapes, numbers and printed messages. Most sets combine the two.

More

How many types of helium balloons are there?

There is no single official count, but in practice helium balloons fall into five families: latex in various finishes, foil shapes and lettering, giant latex, transparent bubbles, and custom printed balloons.

More

How do latex balloons differ from foil balloons?

Latex is porous natural rubber that loses helium within hours but is cheap and biodegradable. Foil is metallised nylon film with a sealed valve that holds gas for days and can be cut into any shape.

More

What additional services can be provided along with ordering balloons?

Alongside the balloons we handle printing, helium or air inflation of balloons you already own, balloon drops, room decoration and photo zones, and we rent out tents, backdrops and stands.

More

Which balloons are suitable for adult and children's events?

Children respond to bright fashion colours, character figures and confetti, with foil the safer option near toddlers. Adult events look better in a restrained palette of chrome, metallic or pastel with large statement pieces.
